Restructuring and Privatization of "Bulgartabak Holding” Stock Holdings in Some Tobacco Processing Companies and “Plovdiv - Yuri Gagarin-BT” F ollowing the approval of Strategy for privatization of "Bulgartabak holding”, under Government resolution ¹768 from 04 November 2003 and Resolution of the Bulgarian Parliament from 10 December 2003, the Supervisory and the Management Boards of "Bulgartabak holding” are promoting procedure for sale of some of the tobacco processing companies - part of the holding.In realization of the strategy and the decisions of the Supervisory and the Management Boards, "Bulgartabak holding” entered into “Contract for providing advisory services in running restructuring and sale of "Bulgartabak holding” stock holdings” with a consortium comprising "Sabev and partners", “Euro-Finance” and “Balkan Advisory Company" (consortium/consultants). Subject of the contract: Sale of "Bulgartabak holding” stock holdings in the companies, as pointed out in the table below.
