Euro-finance Ltd. is a joint-stock company, established in the end of 1993. For ten years now the company has been developing and continuously expanding its business in a dynamically changing and full of challenges financial market. Following a policy of creativity, large-scale thinking and professional approach to problems, EURO-FINANCE Ltd. proved to be a serious, respected and sound financial institution. The considerable expansion and improvement of the offered services developed in parallel to the structural growth of the company, which in 1998 opened a new office in Sofia and one in Stara Zagora. In the year of 2000 EURO-FINANCE Ltd. opened another office in Varna.

Euro-finance Ltd. was among the first companies to receive a license for trade in securities under Decision No. 224-IP/18.12.1996 of the State Securities Commission. According to the state legislation in force, this activity can be performed only with a license from the State Securities Commission. In 1997 EURO-FINANCE Ltd. became a member of the Central Depository Ltd. and of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, which is the only licensed stock exchange in the country. This provides the company with the opportunity to take an active part in the stock exchange trade since its very beginning.

Since 1994 Euro-finance Ltd. is a primary dealer of Government securities, approved by the Ministry of Finance and the Bulgarian National Bank. This allows the company to participate on its own or on client’s account in the auctions held by the Bulgarian National Bank and to maintain client registers for Government securities.

Since 1995 Euro-finance Ltd. is an authorized by the Ministry of Finance distributor of Government securities from the target issues for non-corporate clients. This gives the company the opportunity to expand the scope of the offered instruments adding securities of high yield and liquidity.

By force of the license for a non-bank financial institution from 1993, received under the Bank and Credit Activities Act and Regulation No. 2 of the BNB, Euro-finance Ltd. performs dynamic activities in the foreign exchange market, enjoying the confidence of its clients and partners. In accordance with the currency legislation in force, EURO-FINANCE Ltd. can execute both cash and account foreign exchange transactions under Permission No. 001/08.02.2000 by the BNB. The company is able to offer its clients a prompt, precise and flexible execution of the desired currency transactions.

In 1999 Euro-finance Ltd. was granted a license for performing activities as an investment intermediary abroad, which brought new perspectives and challenges to the future development of the company.
