Euro-Finance Plc. was licensed to act as market-maker in the stock issued by insurance company Euroins. It was the first market-maker licence ever granted by the Bulgarian stock exchange. Euro-Finance will maintain a trading volume of 1,000 Euroins shares per session and will make sure the bid and ask prices fluctuate by no more than 5%.

February 20, 2004, EURO-FINANCE Ltd. presented the 2003 Annual Financial Report of the company, to the registered auditor BDO Bulgaria Ltd., for certification and auditor statement.
According to the Annual Financial Report, the net profit of EURO-FINANCE Ltd. for 2003 amounts to BGN 117 416.
The assets of the company have increased by 83% in 2003 from the previous year.

At the General Meeting of Shareholders of EURO-FINANCE Ltd., held January 14, 2004, the following changes to the Board of Directors were approved:
  1. Insurance Company Orel and Mr. Dobromir Goushterov were released from the Board of Directors;
  2. Mr. Ventzislav Antonov and Mr. Dimitar Atanasov were appointed new members of the Board of Directors;
  3. Mr. Chavdar Kantchev was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of EURO-FINANCE Ltd.;
  4. The new Board of Directors confirmed the authorization of the Executive Directors, Mr. Simeon Petkov and Mr. Jordan Popov, to represent the company.
