SOFIX made a positive start on Monday but ended the week lower. All market benchmarks finished in the red.

IPO of Railway Infrastructure Holding Company generated over 12.6 mln. levs. Investors subscribed 2.528 mln shares from 5.583 mln. The company will use the proceeds for its investment program. The shares will trade from mid-August.

Global Finance through its vehicle South Eastern Europe Fund will invest 26 mln euro in Euroins Insurance Group. The Greek investment fund acquire 20% stake in EIG and will finance EIG's organic growth as well as further acquisitions in both the region and new for the group insurance markets such as Russia and Ukraine.

Shareholders of Sparky Ruse decided to raise company capital from 3 to 12 mln. levs using its own funds on their general meeting. Manufacturer of power tools and equipment will allocate 900 000 levs as a divident which is 0.3 levs per share.
